Job Summary

What Youll Do
- Lead projects from concept through construction
- Prepare & seal drawings for permitting
- Work on public facilities industrial plants and large-scale projects
- Collaborate with P.E.s and consultants
- Meet clients present ideas and conduct site visits
- Mentor junior staff

What Were Looking For
- Active RA license in Georgia (NCARB Certificate preferred)
- 510 years of professional experience
- Strong design technical skills (Revit AutoCAD Adobe)
- Solid knowledge of codes (IBC ADA zoning)
- Great communicator and team player

Nice to Have
- Experience with public or industrial projects
- LEED AP or other sustainability credentials
- Bilingual (English Korean)
