We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Data Entry Assistant to join our remote this role you will be responsible for accurately inputting updating and maintaining data across various platforms and systems. You will play a vital part in ensuring that all data is correctly stored and easily accessible helping to streamline operations and decision-making processes for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into company databases spreadsheets or software systems.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records ensuring they are up-to-date and easily retrievable.
  • Review data for accuracy and completeness correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Assist with data collection validation and preparation of reports.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data at all times.

  • Respond to inquiries related to data entry tasks.

  • Perform general administrative support tasks as needed such as scheduling and email correspondence.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth data-related operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Assistant Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word) or Google Sheets/Docs.
  • Comfortable using remote communication tools (e.g. Zoom Slack email).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
