Job Summary
Were seeking a skilled and reliable entry level Painter to join our team. This role is available for both 1st and 2nd shifts and involves applying paint varnish and other finishes to various surfaces. Youll work on both interior and exterior projects ensuring high-quality professional results. Were looking for someone with a great eye for detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities include:
- Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning scraping sanding and filling cracks and holes.
- Mix match and apply paints stains and varnishes using brushes rollers and sprayers.
- Protect surrounding areas and furniture with drop cloths and masking tape.
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality and correct any imperfections.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.
- Compensation Factors: Your specific pay will be determined by a variety of factors including your education work experience location specific job duties and relevant certifications.

Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a painter.
- Knowledge of painting techniques and procedures.
- Familiarity with painting tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods climb ladders and lift heavy equipment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid drivers license may be required.
