Junior Technical Manager (2 Positions)
Be part of an international materials science team!
A global manufacturing group is opening a brand-new laboratory in Thailand and is looking for two Junior Technical Managers to drive innovation and technical excellence.
What You Will Do:
- Analyse and interpret metallurgical data to solve real customer challenges
- Operate advanced lab equipment (XRF SEM-EDS 3D microscopy tomography and more)
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure the highest technical standards
- Support customers and contribute to quality control for new products
Training & Career Path:
- 3-6 months of intensive training in Italy at a world-class laboratory
- Ongoing English and technical development programs
- International travel opportunities for customer support and further training
- Clear career progression toward Lab Manager or Technical Assistance Lead
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Metallurgy Materials Science or Materials Engineering
- Good English communication skills (essential for training in Italy and global teamwork)
- Curious problem-solving mindset with a desire to grow
- Willingness to work just outside Bangkok
