Job Description
The Production Trainer is responsible for training production employees providing site tours and coordinating process improvement events/reviews.
Responsibilities:
Develop a schedule to assess training needs through ramp-up and new onboarding
Consult with other trainers managers and leadership
Track compile and update work instructions with collected data
Communicate training needs and online resources
Implement and utilize the Continuous Improvement (CI) process to remove waste and improve processes
Be the process leader to quickly assess line stoppage and fill production gaps
Test and review created materials prior to implementation
Maintain a database of all training materials
Instruct employee training and onboarding
Conduct training through new materials
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
3 years of experience
