Job Summary
About us
Tasks
- Administer and support cloud (AWS GCP) virtualization (VMware Proxmox) and on-prem infrastructure.
- Manage networks and security (routers switches firewalls VPN DNS IAM VPCs endpoint compliance MFA).
- Automate operations with Ansible/Terraform; support CI/CD workflows (Git Helm).
- Deploy monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads; support backup and disaster recovery.
- Manage productivity and device platforms (MS365 Google Workspace Apple Business Manager Intune JAMF).
- Administer Atlassian tools (Jira Confluence Bitbucket) and integrate with existing systems.
- Provide L1/L2 user support (hardware software onboarding troubleshooting) and maintain IT documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors and ensure smooth IT operations.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of OS (Windows Linux macOS) and networking (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN VLANs).
- Hands-on experience with servers virtualization cloud services and Kubernetes.
- Skilled in automation/configuration management (Ansible Terraform) and DevOps practices.
- Experience with MS365 Google Workspace Apple Business Manager MDM (Intune JAMF) and Atlassian tools.
- Solid understanding of IT security (patching MFA access control).
- Good communication skills and user-focused mindset.
- Hybrid/multi-cloud and advanced Kubernetes (CNI HA scaling).
- Monitoring/logging at scale (Prometheus Grafana ELK).
- Scripting (Python Bash PowerShell).
- Broader DevOps exposure (CI/CD design GitOps).
