He/she is responsible for managing the marketing activities member retention market share and membership goals. Includes maximizing member provider and community participation in a systematic comprehensive program. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Health Related field Marketing Communications Social Work Business Liberal Arts or related field required Masters degree preferred.
5 or more years hands on experience working in a healthcare outreach marketing and communications. environment with specific experience related to the Medicaid population.
At least 5 years of Supervisory/Manager and Team leading Experience.
Bilingual (Spanish speaking reading and writing) preferred.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimum direction.
Ability to manage priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner within outlined timeframes.
Must have strong communication presentation verbal and written skills.
Certification/Licensure:
Must have a valid Drivers License issued by the state of Texas.
Must obtain CHW Community Health Worker certification within the first year of being in the role.
