Summary:
This position is an Assistant Coach for a NCAA Division 2 program in the sport of Mens Lacrosse for Dominican University of California. This position will serve all student-athletes at Dominican University with the intention of providing student-athletes the best opportunity to achieve their athletic goals through specific sports instruction and guidance towards making choices that best enhances their athletic performance. This position will be evaluated on the extent to which he/she provides each student-athlete a positive meaningful and educational experience through athletics.

The mens lacrosse program is looking for a hardworking coach who can help lead a group work one-on-one with individuals help run practice session and help prepare for games. We are looking for a motivated assistant coaches to help the program excel both on and off the field. Strong knowledge and passion for the sport of lacrosse is required and playing experience is preferred. Other qualifications include exceptional leadership skills and willing to work and thrive in a team atmosphere.
