Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehousing operations across all facility types (CFS CY inland depots bonded warehouses etc.).
- Oversee inventory control storage and fulfillment execution to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead develop and motivate warehouse teams including responsibility for hiring coaching performance management and pay reviews.
- Set priorities allocate resources and ensure timely task completion and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement business plans policies and operational practices aligned with organizational strategy.
- Monitor compliance with safety security and regulatory requirements across all warehouse operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes cost efficiency and service quality.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of warehousing operations inventory management and fulfillment processes.
- Proven leadership and people management skills including coaching and performance development.
- Ability to plan organize and execute operations within defined guidelines and deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate options and choose effective solutions.
- Good business and industry knowledge with understanding of logistics and supply chain dynamics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related tools.
