The Inclusion Service are looking for a Youth Worker to join the team. Supported by your Manager and an Education Officer you will be working face to face and virtually with young people who are facing challenges accessing education.
About the Role
The Inclusion Service works with children young people and their families to support them to achieve the best outcomes possible. This role within the Service is aimed at supporting young people where there are vulnerabilities due to emotional wellbeing that prevents the young person from engaging in education. The principal aim is to support the young person to build resilience against the barriers to education through planned interventions and innovative delivery styles.
An enhanced DBS check is required for this post.
