Family owned and part of the Small Luxury Hotels collection here at the 4 AA red star The Fish Hotelwe serve stunning sustainable Cornish seafood in a rustic woodland setting on our 500 acre Cotswolds Estate - its the perfect place to escape city life and breathe some fresh air into your career. Working in our 2 AA Rosette kitchen youll join a hardworking andorganised features top-of-the-range equipment and with ongoing investment into the department it really is a excellent work environment. With events working lunches and a fun gourmet hot dog menu for our bar and room service every day is different and there is so much to learn!

We offer an excellent salary of 35692 per year plus service charge (around 3000-3500 per year).
