We are looking for an Academic Manager with a strong background in Business or Social Sciences to join our team.
As an Academic Manager at Kaplan International College you will use your knowledge of teaching and learning to help us deliver a high-quality academic experience to our diverse international student body whilst managing and motivating a team of committed teachers to perform to the best of their ability. You will enjoy working with international students be student focussed be open to change and development enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be fully committed to ensuring all our students success.

Strong commitment to student-centred approaches to learning and teaching.
Experience of leading a project or initiative that has led to enhancements in a curriculum area/s.
Knowledge of the needs of international students.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Resource allocation and organizational skills.
Ability to analyse data to make informed conclusions.
Ability to work collaboratively across a range of teams.
A bachelors degree or equivalent and preferably a UK Masters degree or higher.
A teaching qualification ideally.
