We are on a mission to change how customers install configure update and troubleshoot Datadog Agent and Datadog on-prem software. We enable customers to start their observability journey by installing the Agent where they are on any platform. We empower SRE and Observability teams to centrally govern Datadog. We give teams the ability to enforce configuration standards and ensure observability consistency across their environments. We manage Agent upgrades and configuration changes from Datadog enabling customers to focus on their applications and services. We support Customers in their onboarding and expansion journey with Datadog.
As the leader of the Agent Customer Experience group youll partner with Product and other Engineering teams across Datadog to align and deliver our technical and product strategy around Datadog Onboarding Fleet Automation Remote Management and Remote Configuration. Youll expand this nascent platform to new use cases and new environments focusing on ease of use and time to value.
Were looking for a technical leader to guide growing teams of engineers through an ambitious product and technical roadmap. This high-impact role will play a key part in shaping product direction design and engineering decisions.

What Youll Do:
- Own the vision and delivery for the Agent Customer Experience.
- Partner with multiple orgs to build a product-first mindset while resolving complex platform-level features.
- Coach mentor and grow leaders in your area
- Build relationships with customers and understand their pain points to build and drive the product forward.
Who You Are:
- Experience leading and mentoring multiple teams including senior engineers and engineering managers
- Comfortable partnering with Product turning ambiguous problems into clear plans
- Experience designing and delivering systems that are deeply technical highly reliable and serve critical business needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions
