Position Summary:
Senior Supervisor Product Development Engineering will be responsible for developing medical lab and biopharma industry product and should utilize their skills/experience to design/developing new product which used for different market requirement meanwhile influence Application QA team to developing/improve testing capability to meet testing standard. Senior Supervisor Product Development Engineering will work closely with PM to drive the success of products from early development to product launch.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Work closely with the PM/Application team to ensure that the customer requirements are met this includes a holistic understanding of depth product claims and customer documentation.
Serve as a core team member for medical. Lab biopharma NPD Projects pulling new products to market.
Have a deep understanding of technical aspects of filtration including evaluation method for membrane materials and assembly process.
Responsible for new product design developing testing method solving technical issue.
Responsible for NPD documents (D-FMEA Biz case DOE V&Q plan etc.).
Work together with QA/Procurement team for material (Especial membrane) sourcing vendor Development & Management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or above Chemical Engineering Materials Engineering/Science Engineering Mechanics Environment engineering
Must have relevant experience at least 5 years(Bachelor) 3 years (Master).
Good leadership and cross-function communication ability
Green belt or above six sigma certification is better.
Outstanding communication and presentation ( Speak English better)
Good skill using Soildworks/ CAD/Minitab for related R&D Projects.
Lead or participated in related filtration new projects
Good documentation communication and technical writing skills.
Motivated and self-directed team player with good interpersonal skills. Must have ability to reach out communicate and influence personnel at all levels within the organization.
Main workplace in plant and flexible in office.
