Babson Grad Position Community Builder & Admin
Overall responsibilities:
Supports director in planning and executing community-building activities and programming to elevate the student experience and the overall alumni and Miami community. Assists with Miami LinkedIn WhatsApp and Facebook accounts as well as other social media accounts. With direction from the Director work with Babson stakeholders to develop marketing content and reporting Assists with operational logistics Support in maintaining office equipment

Support in Community Building Initiative
- Supporting the director in creating community-building activities and programming to elevate the student experience and the overall alumni community.
- Support Student Led Clubs with event logistics.
- With support from director coordinates guest speaker as requested.
Supporting Social Channels for Miami Marketing
- Creating & Managing a Babson Miami Campus Newsletter
- Managing our LinkedIn Page
- Supervise Photography/video to capture program-related content
- Share events on our WhatsApp Chat
Ops Support for Events
- Setup/ Take down
- F&B Catering
- Audio Tech
- Calendar Management
- Marketing / Distribution
Catering
- Vendor List
- Get Quotes
- Logistic support
Scheduling Wellesley Fieldtrip
- Support with Calendar
- Arrange Meetings with Centers & Institutes
General Operations
- Welcome students faculty and community members to our space
- Answer Babson Miami general emails
- Support student orientation and class meeting times if needed
- Ops Support for on-campus events
- Miscellaneous: Copies/ Prints/ Stapling
Overall Maintenance
- TECH support: mics screens software updates extra chargers etc.
- Maintain Ring Charged
- Support with Mail move boxes etc
Space Rental Support
- Anything from walkthroughs to space support
Mentoring / Database
- Build database and support management of a Mentor Network to facilitate connecting students to mentors
