Job Summary
The 3D Production Manager Development is responsible for the translation of design intent into fully realized 3D programs or elements. This role manages the development process including planning budgeting supplier management drawing reviews production reviews and presentation delivery. This role requires travel internationally and domestically.
- 7 years of experience in events exhibition and/or retail fixture development and production.
- Experience in strategic project management within not limited to a design agency architecture firm or in-house studio.
- Familiarity with a wide variety of production methods architectural and engineering drawings along with sophisticated knowledge of project management tools fixture development standards and construction practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead project teams handle cross-functional collaboration and coordinate and drive project success.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with collaborators at peer and manager levels.
- Strong eye for quality technical details and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative solutions and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
- BA or BS degree preferred or relevant experience.
