JOB OVERVIEW
The Groups Coordinator partners with the Groups Team to strengthen streamline and coordinate ministry efforts with a primary focus on launching and supporting the upcoming ReGen ministry.
The Groups Coordinator partners with the Groups Team to strengthen streamline and coordinate ministry efforts with a primary focus on launching and supporting the upcoming ReGen ministry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership and support for the Re:Generation ministry by serving as a female shepherding leader co-leading coach training participating in large group training and offering project administrative and communication support (including systems management document preparation logistics and distribution)
- Recruit leaders and coaches by networking relationally (especially with wives and couples) and identifying strong female leaders for Re:Generation
- Lead communication for Community Groups and the Discipleship Team by simplifying and clarifying the team mission across platforms (website Sunday services and ministry channels) championing biblical community as essential to following Jesus and collecting/telling stories that reinforce our story brand and support sermon integration with quotes testimonies and examples
- Resource and support group leaders by distributing stories videos and tools creating channels to encourage and equip leaders and strengthening connections with key communicators to ensure leaders feel valued and resourced
- Provide upfront communication and visible leadership for groups ministry
QUALIFICATIONS

- Mature spiritually and emotionally
- Able to communicate clearly with a variety of audiences (staff volunteer teams small groups leaders etc.)
- College degree preferred
