Full Time - M-F 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist in warehousing processes including receiving and inspecting incoming shipments picking and packing orders truck loading and shipping container unloading material putaway and material transfers.
- Coordinate outgoing shipments in staging area and ensure loading accuracy.
- Lead cycle counts physical inventory and reconciliation processes.
- Organizing and maintaining warehouse standards.
- Coordinate with Warehouse Manager in determining and executing daily priorities.
- Responsible for training and team development of a team of 8-12 warehouse associates.
- Lead motivate and mentor warehouse staff and promote a safe organized and efficient work environment.
- Help ensure team is upholding health & safety policies and SQF standards
- Provide coverage for Warehouse manager when needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Warehouse lead or supervisor.
- Attention to detail
- Forklift certified
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $24.00-$28.00
