We are seeking an experienced Admin & Facility Manager to oversee end-to-end administration vendor management office operations travel coordination and employee engagement activities for our Bangalore office. The role demands strong organizational skills vendor negotiation expertise and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities including compliance audits and executive support.
What Youll Do:
- Manage office facilities leases and vendor contracts.
- Oversee utilities AMC and regular maintenance activities.
- Handle access cards security systems and compliance checks.
- Coordinate domestic & international travel visas and hotels.
- Plan and execute employee engagement events and offsites.
- Support leadership visits and ensure smooth arrangements.
- Drive office projects including renovation relocation and branding.
- Ensure audit readiness (ISO ISMS SOC) and maintain documentation.
- Manage petty cash location credit cards and vendor payments.
- Oversee housekeeping pantry services and office supplies.
What You Bring:
- Graduate/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- 10 years of experience in office administration & facility management.
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
- Hands-on experience with travel coordination and logistics.
- Knowledge of compliance audits (ISO/ISMS/SOC) and documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage budgets petty cash and expense tracking.
- Experience in managing security systems and access controls.
- Proactive detail-oriented and able to work independently.
