Pilates Instructor Luxury Studio Al Wakrah (Qatar)
Location: Al Wakrah Qatar
Salary: $2500$2700 USD per month (tax-free) commission and full expat package
Contract Type: Full-time 6 days per week
This is a unique opportunity to join a luxury Pilates studio in the coastal city of Al Wakrah just south of Doha. Known for its tranquil setting and growing wellness scene this studio offers a premium experience to a high-end clientele and is seeking a talented Reformer Pilates Instructor who is passionate about delivering exceptional classes and building strong long-term client relationships.
As a Pilates Instructor here youll lead 45 group and private sessions each day play an active role in maintaining the studios premium standards and help shape a supportive community-driven environment. What Youll Be Doing
- Delivering 45 Reformer Pilates sessions daily both group and private
- Building strong ongoing relationships with clients through clear communication and encouragement
- Supervising the studio during your shift and ensuring it remains immaculate and welcoming
- Supporting clients with a generous positive and professional approach
- Working 6 days per week 8-hour shifts including a 1-hour break
- Reporting directly to the owner
About You
- Qualified in Reformer Pilates with experience leading both group classes and 1:1 sessions
- High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
- Warm engaging personality with a supportive and service-led approach
- Professional reliable and confident in delivering exceptional experiences
- A university degree is preferred for visa purposes but this is flexible depending on the candidate
Whats Included
Salary: $2500$2700 USD per month (tax-free)

30% commission on 1 to 1 sessions

Inbound flight to Qatar and return flight after 2 years
