General Technician

    Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on propertys facilities and equipment
    Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
    Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way
    To inspect clean maintain and repair all MEP system available at the premises.
    To maintain all lighting throughout hotel.
    To maintain all HVAC units.
    Troubleshoot and repair all equipment that is non-operational.
    Do all work orders pertain to the hotel.
    Answer all calls and does repairs if unable to do repairs must notify the duty engineer of the problem.
    To maintain the reading of utility meters and report if any deviation.
    Daily walk around on all plant rooms workshop and report if any deviation.
    Take daily engineering all operation checklist in order to ensure equipments are working in good condition.
    Give proper handover to next shift with pending issues major work if any update.
    Acknowledge complaints within given time frame before it goes to escalation and complete the job if its pending report to duty engineer to stop with detailed explanation in remarks.
    Follow the pending complaints during your shift and complete the work in coordination with Engineering Shift Leader.
    Do the PPM for all equipment as instructed by Engineering Shift Leader on monthly bases and update the PPM Job sheet to be validated by Chief Engineer.
    Operate BMS System as per requirements and notify to Engineering Shift Leader if any changes made during your shift such as override valves/fans.
    Maintain cleanliness of workshop working place and plant rooms before/during/after the work.

Qualifications :

• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Previous experience with painting plumbing electrical wiring and other related experience is an asset.
• Previous experience with pool and spa is an asset
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as a part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Enthusiastic and dependable.
• Active listening.
• A self-starter take initiative can make decisions in fast-paced changing environment.
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift. 
• Proficient in the English language (verbal & written) second language is an asset.
