We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Bucharest!

About the job:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our team supporting the Platform division. You will be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams ensuring seamless service delivery identifying growth opportunities and driving customer satisfaction.

What youll get to do:

Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients.

Act as the main point of contact for client communications and escalations.

Understand client business goals and proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Deliver product training and demos to clients ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Delivery Product Operations) to meet client expectations.

Analyze client data to identify trends optimize ROI and recommend improvements.

Coordinate and prioritize client requests for new features or services.

Represent the company at industry events across Europe (occasional travel required).

Stay updated with industry trends product updates and best practices.

Help the delivery team collect verify and prioritize clients technical and non-technical requirements for new product features.

Ensure clients clearly understand the product development roadmap and upcoming releases.

What You need to know:

23 years of experience in Account Management preferably in SaaS payments or iGaming.

Solid understanding of online business functions: payments marketing affiliates customer service and content.

Familiarity with player account management wallet systems fraud prevention and responsible gaming tools is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and spoken).

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months youll be in the office full-time)
