Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Accountant with 45 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting ensure accurate financial reporting and support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge expertise in financial reporting and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions including ledger entries bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable.
Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Handle taxation matters including CT VAT GST TDS and other statutory compliance.
Monitor and manage cash flow and financial data for informed decision-making.
Prepare financial and operational reports such as inventory aging receivables and payables analysis and other management reports.
Maintain accurate records in Tally Prime and generate reports as required.
Utilize advanced Excel for reporting data analysis and process automation.
Work with Power BI for data visualization and performance reporting (preferred).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
45 years of proven experience in accounting roles.
Proficiency in Tally Prime is a must.
Strong knowledge of taxation laws and compliance (VAT CT GST TDS etc.).
Advanced Excel skills including formulas pivot tables macros and data analysis.
Knowledge of Power BI for financial reporting and analytics is a plus.
Ability to prepare detailed reports such as inventory aging receivables and payables.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
