Requirements

Bachelors in IT or related discipline (professional certifications an advantage).
9 years experience in Banking/IT with strong Core Banking domain knowledge (applications architecture databases).
Proven leadership in managing departments/functional units.
Strong grasp of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience with Silverlake suite or AS400 (preferred).
Skilled in planning tracking and supporting delivery teams.
Able to perform under pressure adapt to change and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical problem-solving and process design skills.
Curious proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
