Job Summary

Were looking for a hands-on finance leader who is as comfortable guiding a team through a reconciliation as they are presenting at Exco. This is a role for an experienced CA(SA) with the right mix of technical depth and commercial acumen but just as importantly the ability to nurture and upskill a small dedicated team.

In a lean semi-corporate environment youll sit on Exco and cover the full finance spectrum: from consolidations budgets and IFRS reporting to embedding ESG-related disclosure and driving process improvements. Youll work closely with operational teams providing insight and proactive solutions that strengthen decision-making across the business.

Minimum Requirements:

CA(SA) with completed articles
8 years financial experience including 58 years in management (outside of audit)
Strong track record in leading and upskilling teams
Comfortable working in a lean hands-on environment
Ability to engage confidently at both operational and executive levels
Exposure to mining heavy industry or asset-intensive environments is advantageous
