Title: Oracle Cloud CX consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Work with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements for Oracle CX Cloud solutions.
Configure and implement Oracle CX modules (Sales Service Marketing or Commerce Cloud).
Support solution design integrations and customizations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) REST APIs or Visual Builder.
Conduct workshops demos and training sessions for business users.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with ERP HCM and other enterprise applications.
Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful adoption of CX solutions.
Stay updated on Oracle CX product releases and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
37 years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle CX Cloud applications.
Strong knowledge of CRM processes such as lead-to-opportunity management case management marketing automation and customer service.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Sales Cloud Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud (Eloqua/Responsys).
Understanding of data migration reporting and analytics in CX Cloud.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Oracle CX Cloud certification (preferred).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of CPQ (Configure Price Quote) and B2B Commerce.
Experience with BI Publisher OTBI or Oracle Analytics Cloud.
Previous consulting experience with Oracle partners or system integrators.
