Job Summary
The Maintenance Tech performs a variety of tasks including painting carpentry plumbing electrical HVAC test and inspections of physical plant equipment preventive maintenance and various janitorial duties with minimal supervision.
Education:High School Diploma or equivalent; two years of technical or trade school required; Associates degree preferred.
Experience: Must have experience in operating a variety of hand/power tools and equipment ensuring proper safety precautions. Must have experience in the area of building maintenance and basic mechanical engineering.
License:Must have a valid drivers license.
