We are expanding our mental health services and seeking licensed Virtual Therapists who are passionate about providing compassionate evidence-based therapy in a remote setting.
Your Role
As a Virtual Therapist youll play a critical role in delivering mental health support to patients nationwide. You will provide telehealth counseling develop treatment plans and collaborate with our multidisciplinary wellness team to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions (individual family or group) via HIPAA-compliant platforms.
- Assess client needs review mental health history and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT DBT trauma-informed therapy etc.).
- Educate clients on coping strategies mental health resources and wellness practices.
- Maintain accurate HIPAA-compliant documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with the NPOC Wellness team to integrate mental health with holistic care services.
Ensure ethical professional and regulatory compliance at all times.
What Were Looking For
- Active U.S. state license (LCSW LPC LMFT PsyD PhD or equivalent); multi-state license a plus.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology Social Work or a related field.
- 2 years of therapy/counseling experience (telehealth experience strongly preferred).
- Proficiency with HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms (TherapyNotes ).
- Strong communication empathy and client engagement skills.
- Passion for health wellness and holistic preventive care.
