About the Role
As a part-time Fee-for-Service Therapist youll provide individual group and family therapy to clients at our outpatient clinic in Milwaukee with the potential opportunity to partner with school staff in local school districts to bring mental health support to students in their educational environments. With a focus on trauma-informed care youll help clients achieve lasting change while enjoying the flexibility to shape your role will also provide equine-assisted therapy services at Milwaukee Urban Stables.
What Youll Do
- Deliver therapy sessions at the outpatient clinic.
- Create personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of youth and families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation.
- Participate in case consultations team meetings and required trainings.

Qualifications
What You Bring
- A Masters degree in Social Work Counseling or a related field.
- Licensure or licensure eligibility in Wisconsin (LPC LCSW LMFT).
- Experience working with youth families and trauma-informed care.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to various settings.
- A commitment to uphold Rawhides mission and values.
