Tax All-Star (Supervisor or Manager Level)
Youre not just a tax professional; youre a Tax All-Star. The kind of person who knows how to deliver high-level service to clients lead engagements with confidence and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Youve got strong technical chops a client-first mindset and a track record of growing within a mid-sized Firm.

Were looking for a Tax All-Star at the Supervisor or Manager level with the following experience and strengths:
- 57 years of tax experience in public accounting
- Experience at a mid-size firm (40 FTE)
- Strong background serving privately held businesses and their owners
- Comfortable managing multiple engagements reviewing returns and mentoring junior staff
- EA credential required CPA preferred
- A true client-facing leader someone who communicates clearly builds relationships easily and enjoys solving problems directly with business owners
- A team player who can balance leadership with hands-on work when needed
This is a great fit for someone whos worked at the supervisor or manager level and is now ready to step into a more visible client-centered role. Youll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking team that values initiative integrity and growth both for our clients and our people.
Remote/hybrid options are available. You do not need to be based in the Houston TX area to apply but local candidates are encouraged.
