Description
The Assistant Nurse Manager/Trainer actively develops and executes the education and training of the clinical staff and actively participates in clinic compliance monitoring. They will also assist the Nurse Managers in managing supervising educating and evaluating the clinical staff. They demonstrate a working knowledge of personnel management and communication principles to maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications
Licenses and Certifications Required
- Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training within orientation period with certification every two (2) years required.
Educational Requirements
- Graduate of accredited RN nursing program as evidenced by licensure.
Experience Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of established professional nursing concepts principles and practices required.
- Strong written verbal organizational and interpersonal skills.
- CPT coding knowledge preferred.
- Computer skills- experienced with e-mail word and excel programs preferred.
Special Skills or Training Requirements
- Electronic Health Record experience preferred.
