Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to existing clients while identifying opportunities to offer additional products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through active listening and problem-solving.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active 440 Insurance License is required and 220 Insurance License is preferred.
- Florida experience is required.
- Nexsure experience is highly preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Positive enthusiastic and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
