Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to existing clients while identifying opportunities to offer additional products.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through active listening and problem-solving.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Active 440 Insurance License is required and 220 Insurance License is preferred.
  • Florida experience is required.
  • Nexsure experience is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Positive enthusiastic and professional demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
