As an Automation Developer in our Payments Finance team you will spend each day designing refining and delivering scalable automation solutions that accelerate our transformation journey. Leveraging advanced analytics data modeling and machine learning you will empower stakeholders to make informed decisions optimize financial performance and streamline operations across Payments Finance
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and deployment of automation solutions for FP&A processes using Alteryx Python and SQL.
- Build and maintain complex dashboards reports and analytics using BI tools such as Tableau Alteryx and Databricks.
- Develop and optimize data models data warehouses and ETL pipelines to support financial planning analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with business managers product owners and finance teams to translate business requirements into actionable automation and analytics solutions.
- Implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy efficiency and visualization impact.
- Drive the adoption and integration of AI/ML methodologies to automate and improve financial forecasting planning and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with data governance privacy and security standards in all automation and BI solutions.
- Support strategic projects including cross-functional analytics and streamlined data flows to improve resource utilization and financial performance.
- Conduct user acceptance testing define business requirements and support the strategic implementation of key business processes.
- Present complex analytical findings and automation solutions to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Finance or a related quantitative field.
- 6 years of experience in BI development data analytics automation and FP&A.
- Advanced proficiency in Alteryx Python and SQL for data modeling automation and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing ETL processes and Databricks.
- Strong skills in building dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Solid understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and large-scale data management.
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Certification in Alteryx Tableau Python or SQL.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting in Payments or Treasury functions.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in financial analytics.
- Experience working with complex multi-source datasets.
