Tasks
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and adherence to business requirements.
- Execute manual and automated tests analyzing results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on potential risks.
- Document and report test findings ensuring clear communication of issues and resolutions to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Test Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role within the business consulting and services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with test management tools and methodologies and a commitment to upholding the companys values of accessibility accountability belonging and boldness.
