DescriptionTotal Bed Count: 3 ORs in out patient and 4 in the main but never use more than 5 because of anesthesia coverage between main OR and Pavilion(out patient OR)Staffing Ratios:Days:RN to follow the OR surgeons schedule starting as early as 0545 and starting as late as 10 am some staff on 8s and others on 10s depending on what the job isNights: call teamWeekends: call teamSchedule Requirements:Call Required: yes rotating call to cover every hour we are not hereFloat Required: preop and pacu float between both buildings and both rolesWeekend Coverage: on call onlyScheduling Type: no set schedules follow the surgeon and needs of the departmentMedication System: PyxisDocumentation System: Cerner Surgi netProvider Support:IV Teams: NoLift Teams: NoPharmacy: YesPhlebotomy: YesTransportation: NoUnit Secretary: NoProvider Coverage: Intensivist: Yes Hospitalist: Yes
