Schedule: Thursday Saturday 6:00 PM 6:30 AM (12-hour night shifts)
Pay Rate: $28 $30/hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nursefor an exciting job in Belen NM.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.
Monitor and record vital signs and changes in patient condition.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
Maintain accurate timely and complete documentation.
Communicate effectively with residents families and members of the healthcare team.
Ensure compliance with facility policies procedures and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Ability to work scheduled night shifts including weekends.
Strong clinical knowledge communication skills and patient-centered approach.
