This role will define how Roblox shows up live across channels like YouTube Twitch TikTok Spotify and Newsroom driving audience engagement cultural relevance and community connection.
As the Marketing Manager Live Content you will be the strategic owner of Robloxs live and episodic content channels. Youll partner with Comms Marketing Creative and Production to deliver high-quality programming maximize distribution and ensure live content fuels the broader marketing flywheel.
You will report to the Director of Corporate Marketing.
You Will:
- Own strategy programming and performance for live content (podcasts streams esports-style shows).
- Lead storytelling and amplification across longform and shortform channels.
- Partner with creators production and creative teams to deliver high-quality episodes and broadcasts.
- Turn live content into Shorts highlight reels blog posts and in-platform moments.
- Track performance and optimize for engagement growth and cultural impact.
You Have:
- 6 years in content marketing live content or digital media (streaming/esports experience a plus).
- Strong editorial instincts and passion for gaming creator culture and live formats.
- Experience with livestream production podcast distribution and short-form content amplification.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and creative partners.
- Ability to engage Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences with authentic innovative content.
You Are:
- A creative storyteller passionate about live content and community-driven media.
- A clear communicator who can influence align and rally teams.
- Collaborative with an editorial eye and a high bar for quality.
- Excited to experiment with new formats platforms and amplification strategies.
