You are ready if you have:
Law degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and commercial law with a focus on the transportation sector.
Proven track record in managing projects and providing strategic legal advice.
Strong negotiation communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Proficiency in managing complex legal projects and litigation.
Experience with SaaS and data protection compliance.
Familiarity with international legal regulations and compliance standards.
We are ready and within our team you will:
Identify and evaluate legal risks providing legal guidance and/or training for major organizational functions.
Provide strategic advice and direction to senior managers/management in various areas groups or operations including management.
Negotiate critical sector matters with external parties.
Lead the development of new legal solutions and frameworks in the legal transportation SaaS division.
Develop and decide on best practices and improve procedures to ensure efficient performance.
Support the team at further developing the contract management division as center of excellence.
Make informed decisions for mid-risk legal contract management compliance and data protection cases guided by sector strategy and objectives.
Ensure the integration of acquired companies including change management.
