Electronics Test Engineer
Salary: 38k-40k
Location: Andover
Hours: MondayFriday Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent
Our market leading client is seeking a proactive Electronics Test Engineer to work at their modern manufacturing facility in Andover. You will support the Test department
carrying out functional tests on a range of PCBs RF design according to the customer specifications. You will also provide professional and technical expertise and support
other departments to achieve maximum quality.

Electronics Test Engineer Responsibilities:
- Review of new customer test specifications and where necessary recommend changes to ensure all test documents are fit for use
- First set-up review and verification of customer supplied test equipment
- Creation of fault logs and classification of failure modes for products to help test the Quality department in yield analysis
- Support the Quality and Production functions in monitoring the functional state and calibration status of all test equipment and fixtures
- Investigate customer returns and diagnose faults and identify the root cause and preventative actions
- Maintain awareness of industry standards and best practices
Desirable Experience:
- Ideally qualified to a minimum of HNC or equivalent in electrical and electronic engineering
- Experience in Test and evaluation of RF or broadcasting electronic assemblies and equipment
- Able to demonstrate ability to technically support customers and production with manufacturing queries
- Must be able to work as part of a team
