Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic this role you will be the backbone of our projects ensuring they run smoothly and successfully from inception to completion. The Project Coordinator will assist in planning executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities resources and information
- Liaise with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication
- Assist in the preparation of project plans and schedules
- Monitor project progress and report on status to management
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Organize meetings workshops and project status updates
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
