Job Summary

TheBenefits Specialistprovides critical support to retired and active global personnel. This role acts as a liaison between personnel and vendors ensuring accurate administration of benefits policies and procedures. Youll handle life insurance travel insurance and other essential benefit programs offering exceptional customer service and administrative expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service educating current and former personnel on benefits eligibility and resolving related issues.

  • Manage and process TCK college allowance applications in compliance with organizational policies.

  • Analyze and process life and property insurance billing ensuring accuracy and coordinating with external vendors.

  • Handle life insurance death claims guiding beneficiaries through the process and ensuring timely resolution.

  • Assist the Sr. Benefits Specialist in retirement contributions resource fairs and updates to internal systems.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree preferred.

  • 1 to 3 years experience in general business.

  • Strong analytical problem-solving and project/process management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Workday/ERP systems and excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision.
