Job Summary
In your role as a NAND Product Engineer you will help define Apples mass storage solutions for our current line of world-class products as well as have direct technical impact on what our future product capabilities will be. - B.S. degree
- Expertise in NAND development specifically with product engineering design and/or process integration aspects of the technology
- Experience with NAND failure analysis testing and/or debug efforts
- MS or PhD in a technical subject area and 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to do hands-on measurements of NAND array and connect single-cycle transistor properties to full product operation
- Experience across multiple-lithos spanning basic device definition through final qualification
- Understanding of key NAND system specifications with respect to embedded NAND and SSD solutions
- Experience in competitor analysis of NAND die and solutions
- Experience with NAND flash engineering flash memory technology and processing
- 3-D NAND development experience
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
