Job Description

In your role as a NAND Product Engineer you will help define Apples mass storage solutions for our current line of world-class products as well as have direct technical impact on what our future product capabilities will be. This is an extraordinary opportunity to showcase your skills in flash memory process and in device test and system this role you will use your career success and technical depth to handle external suppliers and drive items to closure across large multi-functional teams.   • B.S. degree
  • Expertise in NAND development specifically with product engineering design and/or process integration aspects of the technology
  • Experience with NAND failure analysis testing and/or debug efforts


  • MS or PhD in a technical subject area and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to do hands-on measurements of NAND array and connect single-cycle transistor properties to full product operation
  • Experience across multiple-lithos spanning basic device definition through final qualification
  • Understanding of key NAND system specifications with respect to embedded NAND and SSD solutions
  • Experience in competitor analysis of NAND die and solutions
  • Experience with NAND flash engineering flash memory technology and processing
  • 3-D NAND development experience
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
