Job Description

Are you a highly-motivated HR Manager who can support our business in Poland and Czechia.

In this role you will work as an individual contributor and get the opportunity to support the Human Resources team and gain experience in:

  • Ensure local and global compliance such as but not limited to establishing and safeguarding HR internal policies and the employee handbook

  • Active agent and negotiator in discussions and agreements with unions or work councils or employees representatives

  • Workforce Empowerment. It means:

    • Guiding and supporting leadersin developing their teams.

    • Ensuring fair and effective performance management.

    • Promoting recognition and reward systemsthat align with organizational values.

    • Fostering a culture of growth accountability and engagement.

  • Lead or participate in regional or global HR projects and lead local HR Projects

  • Ensure internal equity and fair treatment in compensation and benefits packages in alignment with the companys global guidelines and the local market practices

  • Empower Ethics & Compliance in the country and facilitate the resolution of conflicts and manage disciplinary processes

  • Support area recruiters in the recruitment process and the best talents available are hired. Can also take the role of a recruiter for specific cases.

  • Together with the recruiters lead the employer value proposition (EVP) such as but not limited to cooperation with universities and local technical schools

  • Work together with local lawyers and represent the company in labor legal litigations

  • Manage contracts with HR local vendors

This is a busy department with exposure to all areas of Human Resources Management ideal candidate must have an interest in learning and growing in the HR field and helping the department succeed!

To be successful in this position you should have:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or similar;

  • Good knowledge of IT from the users perspective;

  • Good English skills;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Strong motivation to work with customer orientation;

  • Strong problem-solving training team-building and mentoring abilities.

  • Ability and willingness to travel
