Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Drive procurement of LCL/FCL services and deliver competitive pricing solutions for local and overseas business.
Managing and establishing strategies to set up product lanes for optimisation.
- Lead the development and optimization of carrier relationships; build strategic Top-to-Top engagement with key partners.
- Spearhead carrier contract negotiations rate agreements and space commitments to secure reliable capacity and cost advantages.
- Oversee quoting activities for local and international sales opportunities including RFIs/RFPs.
- Expand the carrier base by identifying new partners and elevating non-strategic carriers into strategic roles.
- Monitor and control transportation spend to maximize margins and profitability.
- Partner with Compliance and Finance to resolve regulatory service and billing issues.
- Lead issue resolution with carriers ensuring service reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide actionable insights through weekly monthly and ad-hoc reports on pricing and carrier performance.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key carriers and present outcomes to senior management.
