Overview:
Invictus Associates LLC is seeking a highly motivated Program Analyst to provide direct support to Code 1160 at Commander Navy Regional Maintenance Center (CNRMC). The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative data management and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative data management and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect analyze and organize data to support program requirements.
- Develop and maintain reports presentations and documents using Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Review written instructions correspondence and documentation; provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate and support meetings briefings and group projects.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks in support of Code 1160 functions.
- Communicate effectively with government and contractor personnel.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn new processes and systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Moderate to strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills.
- Proven administrative proficiency and organizational skills.
- Ability to review written instructions/correspondence and provide clear feedback.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in both group settings and independently.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs).
- Familiarity with the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Application or SharePoint development experience.
- Knowledge of Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes.
