Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a discreet yet effective protective presence ensuring the personal safety privacy and comfort of clients family members and guests at all times.
- Conduct advance security planning including route assessments site surveys and risk evaluations to ensure safe and efficient client movements.
- Monitor and control access to residences vehicles and event venues verifying identities and maintaining strict confidentiality in all interactions.
- Provide secure transportation support by ensuring vehicle readiness route security and contingency planning for potential threats or disruptions.
- Respond rapidly and decisively to security incidents emergencies or suspicious activity prioritizing client safety with minimal disruption to their schedule or lifestyle.
- Maintain constant situational awareness through observation surveillance systems and real-time communication with security team members.
- Document relevant security activities and incidents with accuracy and discretion preserving records for operational planning and legal compliance.
- Coordinate seamlessly with household staff corporate teams and law enforcement to support the clients daily routines and special engagements without intrusion.
