Job Description
What You Will Do:
Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precisionclean linens polished silverware and chip-free china only please.
Coordinate the flow of service like a pro ensuring meals are served smoothly and on time.
Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top-notch guest experiences from coffee breaks to full-service dinners.
Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshootingyes youll be part tech support too.
Assist with scheduling training and inventory to keep the operation running like clockwork.
What We Are Looking For:
Customer service experiencebecause happy guests are the heart of hospitality.
At least 6 months of banquet food service experiencewe need someone whos seen a plated dinner or two.
Leadership potential or experienceyoure not afraid to guide a team and step in where needed.
Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days)because safety is always in style.
Physical staminathis role includes lifting bending walking and standing during your entire shift.
