Under general supervision of the System Director Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) You will analyze coordinates trains assesses and collaborates in care for people with IDD and Mental Health this role you will commit and strive to relate and communicate with families staff MHMR colleagues and community partners in a trauma informed manner that reflects and creates a culture of Felt Safety Regulation and Connection with all. Decisions are guided by the BCBAs professional expertise education and experience. Defined Education: Applied Behavior Analysis Education Psychology or related Health and Human Services field

Defined Experience: Experience working with people with IDD and Mental Health diagnoses
License/Certifications: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Texas current license with no restrictions.
