Inviting applications for the role of HR ASC Specialist -Senior Process Associate- Spanish- Hybrid Wroclaw

In this role you will provide consistent and professional support to associates across EMEA region enquiries and requests through case management tools.

Responsibilities
HR inquiries via email HR cases and phone/chat in a professional and timely manner ensuring outstanding quality of customer support.
employee life-cycle programs depending on the scope of responsibilities (stream or market based)
necessary documents for employees
tasks in HR systems such as Workday
HR policies and processes are followed by all involved parties for assigned scope as per process agreements (escalate inconsistencies)
and/or update process documentation (SOP templates)
good relationships with Stakeholders
strive for process improvements by identifying process gaps and participating in improvements initiatives within own area of responsibility and by sharing across team
with regional translations.
services delivered are in accordance with established Service level Agreement (SLA) and internal Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
mandatory trainings and assignments in timely manner
perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead as and when required.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
and problem-solving skills.
/ Masters degree.
of MS office applications: Word Excel Outlook.
English (C1)
Spanish (C1)
background involving problem solving and dealing with internal customers.
to work with confidential/sensitive data

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
have experience in working in the HR / Administration Team
and Service Now knowledge will be an asset
experience working in Shared Services
