Job Title: HVACR PMT-1 Apprentice

This position is eligible for a one-time non-base building sign-on bonus up to $2000. Details of this recruitment incentive program will be provided during the interview process.
Job Summary: | This is an apprentice position which will receive training from and work closely with qualified PMT2 HVACR technicians in order to become familiar with equipment troubleshooting steps and routine maintenance and repair procedures. Work will be completed with assistance when needed. Key Responsibilities:

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as (minimum 40th posting max) $4238 - $4916 per month ($50856 - $58992 per year). This position is eligible for overtime compensation. The above hiring range represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If you have prior state-classified service in the same class series as this position your pay may be set at a higher amount per the state Step Pay Program implemented on July 1 2024.
